Troubleshooting
Make sure you're using a valid Instagram URL. The URL should look like: https://www.instagram.com/p/XXXXX or https://www.instagram.com/reel/XXXXX. If it still doesn't work, the content might be from a private account.
On iOS: Tap and hold the download button, then select "Download Linked File". On Android: Your file will be saved to the Downloads folder. Check your browser's download manager.
All videos are downloaded with audio. If there's no sound, the original video might have been posted without audio, or your media player's volume might be muted.
Open Instagram, go to the post/reel/story. Tap the three dots ⋯ menu and select "Link" or "Copy Link". Then paste it in our download box.
Stories can only be downloaded while they're active (within 24 hours). Also, the account must be public. For saved stories, try using our Highlights downloader instead.
